Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Go Frost Chillers. Our fiberglass cooler boxes are handcrafted for durability and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return guidelines below.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • The cooler box must not show signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery.

Due to the nature of fibreglass products, minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance are not considered defects.

Return Approval

Before returning any item, customers must first request approval by contacting us.

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and contact details

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Transport

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return courier or transport.

  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been received and inspected by us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged during transport, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Failure to report transport damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Shipping and courier costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used

  • Products that have been modified or damaged after delivery

  • Custom orders or specially manufactured items

  • Products returned without prior approval
