Thank you for shopping with Go Frost Chillers. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing & Production Time

Products ordered online that are currently in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Some of our fibreglass cooler boxes are manufactured to order. If the product you purchased is not currently in stock, it will be shipped as soon as production is completed.

Production time for made-to-order items typically ranges from 2–5 business days, depending on production schedules and order volume.

Once production is complete, the order will be prepared and shipped promptly.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time consists of order processing or production time plus courier delivery time.

Typical estimated timelines are:

In-stock products

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities)

Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days

Made-to-order products

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities)

Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days

Delivery to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier routes.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Go Frost Chillers cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Peak seasonal periods

While we work with reliable couriers, Go Frost Chillers cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Customers may arrange collection from our premises by prior arrangement.
